The firm is currently staffed by two (2) Attorneys at Law with varied experiences and backgrounds. They have extensive experience and practice regularly in the Magistrate’s and High Courts. Septimus A. Rhudd, Head of Chambers
Mr. Rhudd has practiced law for over 27 years. He has been admitted to the respective Bars, and is qualified to practice law, in Antigua and Barbuda, Jamaica and the Commonwealth of Dominica.
He received his LL.B degree from the University of the West Indies and attended the Norman Manley Law School in Jamaica where he received his Legal Education Certificate.
Mr. Rhudd has served as the Assistant Registrar of the High Court and as Registrar of the High Court. During this period, he also functioned as the Registrar of Lands, Trademarks and Bills of Sale.
He worked as In-House Counsel at what is now known as PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Rhudd has served as the Vice-President of the Antigua and Barbuda Bar Association. He is a Notary Public and a Justice of the Peace. He has served as the Chairman of Her Majesty’s Prison Visiting Committee and as the Honorary Consul for Jamaica.
He has practical experience in corporate and commercial transactions and is extensively involved in the offshore industry.
Jermaine C. Rhudd, Associate
Jermaine qualified at the University of the West Indies (Cave Hill) Campus and at the Hugh Wooding Law School in Trinidad and Tobago. He has been admitted to the Bar in Antigua and Barbuda.
Since his admission, he has gained valuable practical experience appearing in the Magistrate’s Court and High Court in Antigua and Barbuda. He has a particular desire to engage in Criminal Law practice as well as a keen interest in Entertainment Law.

LOREAL S. WILSON, LL.B., L.E.C. - Associate
Loreal attained her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree at the University of the West Indies Mona Campus in Jamaica and her Legal Education Certificate (LEC) at the Norman Manley Law School in Jamaica.
She has been admitted to the Bar in Antigua and Barbuda.
Since her admission, she has gained practical experience, appearing in the Magistrate’s Court, the Industrial Court and the High Court in Antigua and Barbuda. Loreal enjoys her engagement in Civil Litigation, with particular interests in Probate, Conveyancing and Family Law matters. She brings a keen eye and laser-like focus in her case preparation and endears herself to her clients with her compassionate approach and relatability.
